 Packo SFP2 mixing pump with open impeller and patented stator, moderate flow and pressure. The shift is created between the rotor and the innovative and optimized perforated stator. The shift can be optimized and increased by increasing the rotation speed. A shear rate of up to 100,000 s-1 can be achieved at a maximum speed of 3600 rpm. The Packo SFP2 mixing pump is mainly used for in-line mixing, homogenization and dispersion.

 CM is a hygienic colloidal mill with a toothed rotor and a stator made of electropolished duplex stainless steel. They are used for precise grinding of particles in suspension with reproducible results in the annular gap between the stator and the rotor, which can be adjusted by changing the axial position of the rotor. The rotor and stator contain 2 grinding zones, and due to the high shear forces between the rotor and stator, the CM will also mix the liquid.

 The Packo CM colloid mill is used for a wide range of production line purposes in the general food, fruit and vegetable and cosmetics industries. Main applications: wet crushing of solids in suspension, cooking and crushing of bulk solids and production of highly viscous suspensions and emulsions.
