Companies use gate valves as a controlled barrier that can open or close. Most Bkvalve gate valves use a wedge-shaped plate that does not obstruct flow when the gate valve is open. The design of the gate valve allows workers to minimize the pressure in the gate valve and provide access to the pipes for regular cleaning.
1. General rubber coating: The valve core is coated with high-performance rubber using the latest vulcanization technology. The fit is tight, the geometry is precise, the seal is reliable, and the service life is long.
2. Light weight: The valve body is made of ductile iron, its weight is 25% less than the usual request, and installation and maintenance are convenient; the maximum opening height of the valve is generally 60mm~280mm lower than that of the gate valve, which can be installed where space is limited.
3. Flat bottom valve seat: The bottom has the same design of the valve seat with a flat bottom as the pipeline, which eliminates the accumulation of debris, ensures an unobstructed flow passage and reliable sealing.
4. Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity of the valve is coated with non-toxic epoxy powder, and the inner parts are made of alloy steel and stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only in drinking water, food and other systems, but also in sewage and underground systems.
5. Sealing ring: The upper seal of the valve stem has low friction resistance and creates a complete seal.
