Butterfly Valve SERIES 22/23
Bray's Series 22/23 lined butterfly valve features a state-of-the-art design that provides excellent shutoff protection (bubble-tight shutoff) and high Cv values with exceptionally long service life.
The Series 22/23 resilient seated butterfly valve is available in a variety of materials including PTFE, PFA, Stainless Steel, UHMWPE and special alloys to fit a wide range of customer requirements.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 31U
Bray offers this high pressure resilient seated utterfly valve to meet the requirements of today’s industrial and marine markets.
This valve is specifically designed for onshore and offshore fire protection. The Series 31U is designed to withstand high line velocities and pressure drops through the valve.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 35/36
The Series 35/36 resilient seated butterfly valve provides the same robust features of the Series 32/33 valves with the addition of adjustable packing, increasing the maximum valve size offered to 120” (3000mm), and utilizing the flexible design of a fully flanged body.
These valves hold to the Bray traditions of reliable performance and providing a long service life.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 3A/3AH
Bray's Series 3A/3AH resilient seated butterfly valve features a double flanged design that is well-suited for dead-end service. International compatibility is a major design advantage of Bray's modular valve product lines.
The same valve is compatible with most flange standards – ASME Class 125/150. In addition, the 3A and 3AH series valves are designed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 5752 standard and the ISO 5211 standard for flange mounting of the actuator, which allows for a single valve design that can be used in various global markets.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 35F
Bray Series 35F large diameter resilient seated butterfly valves are designed specifically for high chloride services.
Bray has carefully selected valve materials and designed features that optimize performance without sacrificing system efficiency. Series 35F valves offer rugged reliability in a light weight design.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 39
Bray’s Series 39 ceramic lined, slurry control valve is robustly designed to withstand the most demanding services including slurry, erosive, corrosive and scaling applications. Bray’s Series 39 valves are produced in easily serviceable, advanced wear resistant materials such as sintered silicon carbide ceramic or chrome-molybdenum iron.
These durable valves deliver the highest quality and lowest total cost of ownership slurry control value solution on the market, leading to a more reliable and better performing product.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 41R
The Bray/McCannalok Series 41R high performance butterfly valve is specially designed for the sugar industry to offer rugged reliability and extremely easy maintenance in the field. Independent and internal tests have proven Bray/ McCannalok’s superior service life capability, with zero leakage shutoff through over 100,000 cycles.
The Bray/McCannalok’s unique, patented design received Chemical Processing’s Vaaler Award for Best Product shortly after it was introduced. The Bray/McCannalok valves can be easily automated with manual, pneumatic or electric actuators.
Butterfly Valve SERIES 40-45
The McCannalok high performance butterfly valve (also known as a double offset butterfly valve) features an innovative design that offers rugged reliability and extremely easy maintenance in the field. Independent and internal tests prove the Series McCannalok valve's superior service life capability, with zero leakage shutoff.
Independent and internal tests have proven superior service life capability with zero leakage shutoff through over 100,000 cycles. The McCannalok high performance valve delivers the highest quality and highest value available for your requirements. After a test of over 100,000 cycles at 720 psi (49.6 Bar), the seat remained in excellent condition, continuing to provide a bi-directional zero leakage seal. Even after more than 878,000 cycles at 2 psi (0.1 Bar), the McCannalok high performance valve still sealed zero leakage in both directions
Butterfly Valve Double Offset - 4-Cx
Based on Bray’s patented, award-winning design, this double offset high performance butterfly valve is precision engineered to deliver quality, value, and reliability in high temperature, high pressure, high cycle, and critical service applications.
This highly versatile valve features an adjustable live-loaded stem sealing with certified low emission packing
Butterfly Valve Triple Offset - Tri Lok
Tri Lok’s, non-rubbing, metal-to-metal seal delivers zero leakage with minimal torque and is certified fire-safe. Tri Lok offers a solid metal seal ring designed for high temperature and severe applications, ensuring dependable sealing performance throughout the full pressure and temperature range. The Triple offset valve or triple eccentric valve features a stem that is offset on both the X (1) and Y (2) axis of the butterfly valves center-line. This produces a cam-like motion as the valve operates. The third offset (3) consists of an inclined conical profile machined into the valve sealing surface, allowing rotary engagement and disengagement of the seat and seal ring without interference.
