 Verdermix static mixers are ideal for working with all types of liquids and gases “in flow", from low to high viscosity, with or without solid particles. Our static mixers are available in a variety of metallic and non-metallic designs to ensure compatibility with chemicals, CIP and SIP SIP processes, as well as hygienic and sterile environments. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system for the production of a mixer that is suitable for your process, is quick to manufacture and provides a long service life. The Verdermix design is optimized to ensure turbulent mixing and minimize drag and "energy loss" in the system.

 The Verdermix VMV series is a standard series of Verdermix static mixers. The VMV series uses the most common form of mixing element in the world - a spiral mixing element. This mixing element has unique characteristics and has proven itself well. The elements are fixed inside the tube. It is also available with a casing (double tube) for heating or cooling.

All wetted parts are electropolished and comply with hygienic standards in accordance with Regulation 1935/2004/EC and the FDA. Also available with a casing (double tube) for heating or cooling. Not available in the form of the letter X or V (regarding cleaning).

 Verdermix VMS series - This type of static mixer is designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries and has a perfectly cleanable design. The element is extended for thorough cleaning. The technical characteristics and design of Verder are aimed at preventing the formation of "dead zones" and deposits in the lower and side parts of the container. The materials from which the “wetted parts” are made will be adapted to technological requirements, such as compatibility with aggressive and/or abrasive liquids.
